Luke Bugdin

A third-generation plumber and owner of RLB Plumbing, Luke Bugdin continues the legacy started by his grandfather, Robert Bugdin. A North Fork native, Luke combines time-honored craftsmanship with today’s tools and technology to deliver reliable, high-quality work across the East End of Long Island. When he’s not on a job, he’s likely fishing, in the garden, or spending time with family.

Chris Hansen, co-owner of RLB Plumbing & Heating, is a seasoned plumber with over 30 years of experience. Born and raised in Mattituck, he’s spent his career serving the North Fork community with precision and pride. Known for his hands-on expertise and problem-solving approach, Chris brings both skill and heart to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, gardening, fishing, and local softball — always with a cat close by.
